Fiesta Saturday, Oct.2, 2010, Youth Event

                       Saturday, Oct. 2, sponsored by the Fine Arts League, a Youth Art Event will take place in front of the Coleman Public Library.  Danna Dawson, an Art League member and  Coleman School Art Teacher,  is planning creative 'stuff' for the youth - sidewalk chalk painting and painting a 4x8 mural, etc.   

Sherrell Hazlewood, President of the League, and a retired CHS Spanish and Technology teacher, will be on hand  to register the students and give them an "Artist Badge".  The finished work will be up for auction with proceeds going to the Youth Art Show Account.  The  Annual Youth Art Show will be February, 2011.            

You are encouraged to come to see the outcome of this fun project and support the youth in the arts.
