My Ladies and the Rose
I created this painting as a tribute to all of
the ladies that have been in my life, and
those that I have never met. In this life,
there is trial, tribulation, and death. In the
painting, God created a beautiful rose to
be seen and admired by all. It grew from
a small bud to become one of God’s most
beautiful creations. The rose shined its
beauty and played wonderful music to all
for a season. When the season changed,
the beauty of the rose began to fade.
The leaves fell to the ground. The rose
withered and the music stopped. So it
was with my beautiful ladies. But God did
not end the story. He sent a perfect white
pearl to the heart of the rose. He gave it
life beyond this life. The rose now sets at
the foot of the throne, shining its beauty
and playing wonderful music to the glory
of God.
