Ted Shelton, Brownwood 2008 Artist of the year was
offical judge of the 2008 Texas Blue Bunny Color by
the Numbers Contest. Here he is assisted by his
wife Martha and SLH, the creator of the Texas Blue Bunny.
They quickly realized that every young artist was a winner.
