Dollie Sparkman
The Fine Arts League of Coleman County was deeply saddened by the loss of Dollie Sparkman on August 4, 2011. Dollie was loved by all and will be remembered for her cheerful attitude as she helped with League projects: shows, fundraisers, projects, in any capacity she was needed throughout the seventeen years she served as a League member. She served as Membership Chairperson, then as Treasurer since 2010.
Dollie found joy in learning to paint in watercolor and pastels, working with Ginger Test, Susan Mansel and Theda Rhea. The subjects she chose for her paintings, angels, flowers and soft landscapes, represent Dollie, as she was, beautiful in every way.
We will always miss you, Dollie………
