Fine Arts League Members in Ballinger Show

Several members were entered into the annual Miniature Show in Ballinger. The show concluded Saturday April 25. There was  a total of 52 paintings entered.  Mejo Okon, San Angelo, was judge for the event.

Theda Rhea received an honorable mention for her “Navajo Grandmother”



Ginger Test was awarded Third Place
and also sold two watercolor paintings

Sherrell Hazlewood Awarded the People’s Choice, “Texas Prairie Talk”

Marian Johnson. FALCC Publicity Chairman,  also entered three paintings

Three Texas Blue Bunny Books were sold at the Ballinger show.  The Texas Blue Bunny Book project is the fund-raiser for the Fiesta Juried Art Show in October ’09.
 Sherrell Hazlewood donated one hundred first edition Texas Blue Bunny Books for this Fine Arts League of Coleman County fund-raising project of 2009.
