The Willacy County Art League is located in Raymondville, TX, in King Ranch Country near El Sauz Ranch and Port Mansfield. The Willacy County Art League is housed in an excellent facility adjoining the Willacy County Museum. FALCC member Theda Rhea recently conducted a pastel portrait painting workshop for the very active and talented members of the Willacy County Art League, April 27-29, 2010.
